In learning how to make money online, I have entered the world of blog advertising. For friends and regular readers, this is no secret. One of my favorite advertising networks was Smorty. I said was because at present it’s not doing me any favor. Blog monetization with this network is nil for the longest time.
For almost two months now, Smorty has given no opps to bloggers like myself. Smorty’s forum has been flooded by complaint thread, which I did not want to participate in because in my view, it’s only a waste of time. I got many sites to maintain and whining about a company’s available opps is none of my concerns.
I frustrated a bit just like other Smortians but who cares, right? Now this begs the question “Is Smorty Dying or Dead Already? I think it’s not yet dead but dying and soon-to-be dead. It has been almost two months and advertisers must have encountered some issues with them. Too bad I love their new website design.
For work-at-home moms and other work-at-home individuals, this latest update about Smorty is not good. I know because some of my work-at-home mom blogger-friends earn $1,000 per month from their blogs and Smorty is one of their sources of income. Well, the same thing holds true in my case.

In my case, their last payment was in the first week of May. Since April, they have provided no opps for anyone.

thanks for dropping by. well, i’ve taken 10 jobs from bloggerwave already. although the approval and payment schedule are too long after posting, i think it’s still better to gain something than nothing at all.

hay kuya, korek ka jan. deadbol na ang Smorty. as in wa na sila opps. tama ka malamang nga may mga issues sila sa mga adverts nila. papalit palit pa ng layout eh, wala na din naman. actually when i saw them change their site’s look, i got hopeful kala ko they were off to a relaunching or something. buti nalang nadagdag sa platforms list ang socialspark. by far almost 200 nako sa knila more than 1 month palang. tska last night I received a $25 bonus from one of the adverts. meron silang pakulo na ganon, pag nagustuhan ng advert ang entry mo, pwde kang bgyan ng $25 to $100 pa nga eh. taray no. kala ko kunwari lang yon, pero i proved it myself when they got it into my account. aba $25 din yon on top of the opp payment diba. di na masama.

Oo nga kakainis ang smorty. Pero ok lang dahil meron pa namang work from other companies. good for you you got some spark from socialspark.

Oo nga. Ngayon as in dead na sila. Problemado sa mga advertisers malamang yang grupong yan kaya ganun. They must have screwed up their sponsors and advertisers. Andaming nagrereklamo kahit sa forum nila.

SMORTY is dead, dead, dead! Ewan ko ba, ala ata silang adevertisers. Pasulpot-sulpot sila! Once in every 3 months lang ata may oops jan kuya!

Correct. Smorty has been dead for a long time. about my theme, I’d like to adapt this theme in my Nursing site. When I have the time to tweak and edit templates, i’ll adapt this one.
