A few hours ago I was analyzing my blog traffic from search engines. Web traffic analysis is my routine just to see how strong or weak is my blog’s presence in the search engines. I was shocked to find out (when I went to Yahoo’s SiteExplorer) that none of my pages are in the index of Yahoo. Yes, not a single one.
The scenario is different in Google because this blog’s pages are still intact in Google’s database. Sine this blog’s first post, Yahoo has been friendly. Some of this blog’s readers come from the Yahoo search engine for a long time. Just today, I have observed and checked that not a single subpage (including the homepage) of this blog is indexed in Yahoo and since yesterday, no reader was referred by the Yahoo Search Engine. For me that is truly odd because everyday, this blog receives traffic from it since November last year.
Just a random thought of mine. Was this blog banned or de-indexed by Yahoo? That I intend o find out and maybe I can find some answers through some of your comments. Also, the RSS feed of this blog is not presently working. No feed reader can fetch any of this blog’s content up to this hour. Is this the result of my Yahoo problem? Or, is my RSS feed problem causing my Yahoo problem? Please feel free to comment and share your previous experiences here.

I personally find it easier to get indexed in yahoo than on google. Interesting phenomenon, this delisting issue. Will check it out further.
