Since starting my “part-time” job designing and developing websites in 1998, I have become very active in front of my computer. In developing a website, you have to be patient and studious. Most of my books at home are programming books – HTML, PHP, C++, Visual Basic, Visual C++, and more. Honestly, I haven’t read ll of them in their entirety. This is because programming and web development takes creativity and a bunch of trial-and-errors. :-)

Lately, my web development projects are consuming so much of my time which compels me to sacrifice a lot of time blogging. Whenever I go online though, some opps from Reviewme, 3P and SR pop up via email alerts that’s why I’m forced to update my sites. I have been blogging less these days but it seems I’m earning more from it. lol!

As to my current projects, I have completed the designs of a photo-video studio, an auto shop and a cell phone store. Next in line are: a construction company (partly done), probably a computer store (under negotiation) and my own online store (affiliate).

I hope to complete all 6 websites and earn money from them so I can buy a car before the year ends (keeping my fingers crossed).

    Fren,

It depends on the workload but usually I charge between 15-20K (one-time payment) + monthly maintenance for business websites. Cheap right?

    Amor,

Hahahaha! I-assess mo muna yung workload fren. pero usually ayos na yung 15-20K per project then magcharge ka ng certain fee for the maintenance. mahirap magpuyat sa maintenance i tell you. tapos ikaw yung kukulitin nung client kumbakit down yung site nila, etc.

let me know kung may maitutulong ako sa yo fren. goodluck sa iyong mga proyekto.
