BMW Z4 PhotoWho doesn’t want a fast car like the BMW Z4? Many of us (which includes me) dream of having a fast car like this one. But as a mechanic myself I know how expensive auto parts can be especially if they are luxury or sports type.

Repairs and spare parts of my old owner-jeep even cost a lot of money. As the one in charge of motor vehicles inside the home, buying new or surplus parts can give me a headache.

I have recently observed in our place (Laoag City and Ilocos Norte) that China-made cellphones have invaded local electronic, computer and cell phone stores. I even saw in a hardware some cheap Nokia N95 8GB Clone cell phones and Toshibo Nokia N99i+ Mobile TV phones on display. Unbelievable.

When I started blogging, a credit card was required by Paypal so that I can accept payments and shop online at the same time. The first intent at that time was to be able to buy my own domain name plus web hosting plan. I found out however, that here in the Philippines, the fastest way to get a credit card will serve this purpose without so much hassles is to get apply for an EON card (issued by Union Bank of the Philippines). It’s actually a debit card, meaning I don’t get to pay for anything using it if and only if it does not have available funding.

Are You a Tattoo Lover?

Tattoo has become a social symbol. Teenagers are usually the ones who get a tattoo. It’s perhaps one way of being “in”. However, some don’t like tattoos and are intimidated by people with so many tattoos. Some communities even consider having tattoos as a social issue. Culture really is broad and varied.

Here in the Philippines, ancient warriors get tattoos from the face down to the toes as a sign of strength and power. They show off their tattoos to everyone, especially to the women, as a living proof of their machismo. I guess that attitude didn’t change much up to this time. :-)
