Detoxification is good. Everyday we detoxify our bodies by drinking beverages like coffee and natural fruit juices (which contain good amounts of antioxidants). Drinking water is also a good way to detoxify since under normal conditions, urination carries away toxins and other foreign bodies from our system.
Further, for a more detailed definition of detoxification is also needed in cases where the person has become dependent on drugs and alcohol. In the Philippines, drug addiction is a huge problem and it’s been threatening this generation’s future. If you know someone who needs drug detoxification (a member of your family maybe) then log on to the website of Chapman, Inc.
According to them,
