You car in an investment. This is a fact whether you use your car for business or personal use. However, since crooks, like carnappers, have also adapted modern ways to steal cars and other motor vehicles, then it is a must that you use a Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking device (or devices) to protect your car especially if it is a luxury car.
For more information on GPS, wikipedia defined it as
The Global Positioning System (GPS) is the only fully functional Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). The GPS uses a constellation of between 24 and 32 Medium Earth Orbit satellites that transmit precise microwave signals, that enable GPS receivers to determine their location, speed, direction, and time. GPS was developed by the United States Department of Defense. Its official name is NAVSTAR-GPS. Although NAVSTAR-GPS is not an acronym, a few backronyms have been created for it. The GPS satellite constellation is managed by the United States Air Force 50th Space Wing.
Similar satellite navigation systems include the Russian GLONASS (incomplete as of 2008), the upcoming European Galileo positioning system, the proposed COMPASS navigation system of China, and IRNSS of India.
If you find the above idea acceptable, then I think you have to seriously consider getting a vehicle tracking device. Also, these devices, especially those sold by LandAirSea, Inc. are compact and powerful. They are compatible with Google earth which tracking more efficient. They also have strong magnets which makes them convenient should you wish to put them in concealable areas of your car like the trunk, hood or below the backseat. Their tracking keys are also very accurate which makes tracking easier and more reliable.
If you are in the Philippines, then a GPS tracking device is highly recommended (considering the cases of carnapping here).
